Killing on Adrenaline is the second album by Maryland technical/brutal death metal band Dying Fetus. The technical guitar riffs took off on this release, a trait that would evolve and progress even more on later albums. Most songs of the album mostly follow a regular theme about the downfall of the American Government. "Kill Your Mother/Rape Your Dog" was a deceptively-titled joke-song. This album continues DF in their original gory direction. Morbid Records fell apart shortly after the release of Killing On Adrenaline, leaving the band label-less for a certain period of time. By 2000, they had signed to Relapse Records, who have a long tradition in underground heavy metal music. The song "We Are Your Enemy" has been praised by the likes of Serj Tankian (System of a Down) and Zack de la Rocha (Rage Against the Machine) for its hard-hitting political stance against the United States Government.
