Infinite Dream is Bazzi’s sophomore album, following the release of his 2019 mixtape Soul Searching. The album’s production began in September 2019, just a month after the mixtape’s release, and was originally scheduled to release in mid-2020. Its first official tease came courtesy of a TikTok in early February 2020. On March 3, Bazzi teased “Young & Alive” on his socials.
