Album
Holocausto de la Morte is the second studio album by the American death metal band Necrophagia, released in 1998 through Red Stream. It marked the band’s return after an extended hiatus following their 1987 debut album Season of the Dead. The album introduced a new lineup featuring vocalist Killjoy and guitarist Anton Crowley, a pseudonym for Phil Anselmo of Pantera. The work draws inspiration from horror cinema, particularly the films of Italian director Lucio Fulci, which influenced both its lyrical content and visual presentation. Guest vocals from Maniac of the Norwegian black metal band Mayhem appear on some versions of the album. Band members: Killjoy (R.I.P. 2018) Vocals Anton Crowley Guitars Dustin Havnen Bass Wayne Fabra (R.I.P. 2025) Drums Guest/Session Maniac Vocals (tracks 3, 8) User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
