During this period, the band’s lineup featured vocalist Killjoy, guitarist Phil Anselmo (credited under the pseudonym Anton Crowley), guitarist Frediablo, bassist Jared Faulk, drummer Wayne Fabra, and keyboardist Opal Enthroned . Title and Concept Both the EP’s name and its title track directly reference the controversial 1980 Italian horror film Cannibal Holocaust, embracing its disturbing aesthetic as artistic inspiration .
