Album
Gonzo Jazz was recorded at rehearsals spring 2005. All tracks were improvised by Hiironniemi/Koivistoinen/Schroderus and recorded with two Røde microphones. No overdubs. The album's name came from Kimmo Schroderus, the band's guitarist's brother, who upon hearing a track from the album laughed and said "This is gonzo jazz!" The album art was a detail pulled from an old soap advertisement and manipulated into a album cover by Jari Schroderus.
