This album collects the demos recorded by Schrute from May 2008 to August 2008. "Frank and Twenty Minutes of Noise", "Gather at Megiddo", and "Elephant Island" were written by Jonathan and recorded not only as demos of the band but also for his Senior Project at his High School. The other tracks were written by Matt (though it should be noted that every song, after first being written, is then elaborated upon by the other members of the band during the learning process). "The Deep Breath" parts 1 and 2 are without Bass as Billy was away at College during recording. There is a part 3, but it was never recorded or played during Schrute's existence.
