Dead and Buried Volume 2 - contains the songs that were demoed for the original "As Love Turns Grey" cd. They were distributed in some parts on individual CD demos mostly with track names, and different cd covers. Dream - dream was on a green cd cover, with a skull set under it, it was a black and green cover, the cd was also green.
