Zorba's catchy rhythm fades in slowly, growing and accelerating into the famous dance tune that is played incessantly in the tourist shops and bars of Athens. It reminds us of the time when all Greek music was played on the Bouzouki, and of the humour and sadness of the film Zorba the Greek.
