"Yesterday Man" is a song written by English-German musician Chris Andrews (it was his first single as a solo singer, released in September 1965). In 1974, it was covered by Robert Wyatt as the follow-up to his hit with Neil Diamond's song "I'm a Believer" (a song recorded by The Monkees in 1966).
