The song was released to iTunes on March 3, 2008 as a digital download on the EP "Work It Out" which also includes several remixes of the song. On iTunes, the radio edit was later included on the "Good Love (Grilled Ham & Cheese)" EP released on October 23, 2008 along with a remix of "Work It Out". "Work It Out" notably has a beat similar to that of Janet Jackson's "All Nite (Don't Stop)", and sounds very similar to it, also. This is no surprise, because Tony Enos includes Janet Jackson as one of his influences.
