Written by BLACK (Colin Vearncombe) in 1985 Having gone through a somewhat dismal year, Black wrote "Wonderful Life" and it was a big hit for Vearncombe in the UK. Zucchero (Sugar) made it a huge hit worldwide in 2007 - with classical music audiences as well. Seems to be a song about a lonely man.
