WILL YOU BE MINE is the outro to DC’s 4th studio album, REBIRTH. In the first part, DC talks about a girl who treats him right and how he tries to right all of his wrongs. He references and interpolates the song “Sing About Me, I’m Dying Of Thirst” by Kendrick Lamar to express these feelings. In the second part, it switches to a soul sound, using a sample and bringing in a choir to sing.
