"Who Can I Run To?" is a song by girl group Xscape, who recorded the song for their second album Off the Hook (1995) released as the album's second single on October 3, 1995. The song is a cover of the group The Jones Girls' 1979 song of the same name. With lead vocals by LaTocha Scott & Tamika Scott & production by Jermaine Dupri. During the recording of Off the Hook, Jermaine Dupri & Xscape member LaTocha Scott heard Who Can I Run To? by The Jones Girls, she later suggested to the group that they record their own version for the album.
