On the self-written single, the Dreamville signee sings about trying to get over her ex-lover despite the stronghold he seems to have on her thoughts. On the track, she admits that she still cries at night over him and even has troubling watching television without seeing his face on random people. She tries numerous ways to get over him such as retail therapy but to no avail.
