"Welcome to Hollywood" is the fifth track from the deluxe version of Beyoncé's second studio album B'Day. The song was originally recorded by Jay Z under the title "Hollywood" featuring Knowles, and released in January 2007. Beyoncé later recorded a solo version with a different title. All of Jay-Z's rap verses were removed and replaced with the hook of the original song. Jay Z's outro verse was also re-recorded by Beyoncé as well. The chorus still features Jay Z in the background.
