Commissioned for Watertable, a special food and design event staged by the Product Design Program of Parsons SCE, following Alphabet City's US book launch of WATER. Featuring student produced tables, tableware, a menu conceived by writer Mei Chin, and the soundscape watertable by composer Melissa Grey. This work features field recordings from Hällefors, Sweden; Fano, Italy; Magic Cove, Cape Breton; and the Brandywine Creek in Pennsylvania (an ingredient in Victory beer). Event produced by Robert Kirkbride, interim director, Product Design.
