There is often a link between drugs and homelessness, this song is about both. Trevor hates drugs with a vengeance, he has lost so many good friends through taking drugs, people who were not addicts, they were just experimenting, and lost their lives. Trevor has experienced homelessness; it was a time in his life that he tries to put behind him. However, it is a part of his history, and he has done work, as a photographer, to help highlight the plight of some of these unfortunate people
