“VENUS” by DC The Don presents a mixture of braggadocio and introspection, revolving around themes of fame, choices, and self-assurance. The track was first shown on X (formerly stylized as “Twitter”) on March 27, 2024. The name of the snippet was confirmed to be “VENUS” in a later tweet. DC would also take to Instagram and tease the track several times too before releasing it. A week prior to the release of the song, DC was seen in a Discord call with other fellow artists who were participating for plaqueboymax’s Song Wars.
