Unreal City was the first rock song ever written by Ghost Ghost guitar player and long time solo singer-songwriter Karl Ward (Ward's solo work includes I Fell in Love with Scarlett Johansson, a tribute to actress Scarlett Johansson) Unreal City was originally titled "Slaughterhouse-Five" but that name was dropped due to potential legal conflicts before the release of the song on the Ghost Ghost debut e.p. Time is Gravity in November 2008. The title Unreal City is derived from an image in T.S. Eliot's "The Wasteland."
