The song was written by Marlin herself and produced by Hans Olav Grøttheim and Jørn Dahl. It gained popularity mainly in Norway (1st place on VG-lista chart and platinum certification), Sweden (4th place on Sverigetopplistan chart on gold certification) and Italy (2nd place on Musica e dischi chart).
