“U” is the third track on Jaden Smith’s debut album SYRE. It is the third of four consecutive songs that make up “BLUE”. The main intro to this song utilizes a sample of Lido’s “Falling Down”. In the teaser for the album, this song was originally titled “Jimi Hendrix”. Overall the track is about Jaden falling for a girl and understanding how dangerous that can be. He realizes this girl is amazing, but because of the attraction he has to her, she might cause him to act irrationally.
