“TRAUMA,” much in the same vein of “THE NEWS,” features PARTY upset over the loss of his significant other. However, instead of brushing it off like he does on “THE NEWS,” he beckons for her to come back to him because he values her simply as someone in his life, and as a friend, more than anything. The song’s instrumental is a journey back to PARTY’s island music side featuring light, xylophone-esque instrumentation over a popping bass and drum line.
