Barclay James Harvest was a British progressive rock band founded in Oldham, Lancashire, in 1966. The original lineup included John Lees (guitar, vocals), Les Holroyd (bass, vocals), Stuart "Woolly" Wolstenholme (keyboards, vocals), and Mel Pritchard (drums). The group gained popularity in the 1970s with their distinctive blend of progressive rock and elements of symphonic music.
