"This Flight Tonight" is a song by Canadian-American musician Joni Mitchell that appears on her 1971 album "Blue". Scottish hard rock band Nazareth recorded their version as a single in 1973 that charted internationally. Following the Nazareth version, Mitchell is said to have begun playing a gig in London telling the audience "I'd like to open with a Nazareth song".
