"Thin Line Between Love and Hate" is a song written by American songwriting brothers Robert and Richard Poindexter along with Robert's wife, Jackie Members that was first recorded by New York City-based R&B vocal group The Persuaders. Jamaican reggae singer B.B. Seaton recorded his version as the title track of his 1973 album for Trojan Records.
