"These Days" was a single released for Wallow’s debut extended play "Spring EP" and asks the age-old question: “is she into me?” The track was written one night in the studio when Wallows were recording the EP, with Dylan explaining to Clash Music: Originally it (Spring) was going to be a five-song EP but then Cole made a demo and we were like, dude what we need to add that. We decided to do it and wrote it that night in the studio. "What did the band and producer John Congleton initially disagree on?"
