This song is about a really shit party Mark goes to. Just when he thinks the party can’t get any worse, he sees a girl that he likes. However it soon turns out that this girl isn’t all that she seems. “The Party Song” is one of Blink-182’s fastest songs. It’s so fast that it was never performed live for years until they managed to pull it off in 2011. In a program for one of Blink’s tours around the time of Enema’s release, Tom left a brief annotation for each track. For “Party Song”:
