"The Louvre" is about a passionate and intense relationship between two people. The narrator has become obsessed with the other person but is aware that the relationship might not be the healthiest one for her. Despite this, she does not want to let it go and can't help but fall in love with them. The chorus reflects this intense energy and desire as the narrator repeatedly calls for the other person to "make 'em all dance to" their relationship.
