André 3000 raps the second verse during which he reflects on the ill-famed 1979-1981 Atlanta kid Murders and the way he still struggles with survivor’s guilt decades later. Over the biennial amount, roughly twenty-nine African-American youngsters, teenagers, and young adults were kidnaped and dead in Atlanta.
