It was originally recorded by Katy Perry for her scrapped album "Fingerprints" and was later possibly considered for Perry's debut album "One of the Boys", but was passed to Miley Cyrus for her second studio album, Breakout. Cyrus emphasizes the song title to make references to radio and driving, while Perry's version sings about memories with that person.
