A young medieval scholar, sits at his desk by candlelight until the early ours of every morning. His obsession and thirst for even more knowledge becomes out of control and he balances on the fine line between genius and madness. When he delves into areas of the world of magic that are out of bounds, he is warned by the book not to go any further, but he is arrogant and does not listen. Finally, the book self combusts, and he is also destroyed.
