"The Artist" is the only track officially recorded and released by The Ending Vision. Due to the fact that the majority of the band were self-conscious about their music, many home recordings by the band never saw the light of day. "The Artist" was a turning point for the band, who previously played an extremely fast and hard form of metal, but in this song incorporated a large amount of clean vocals and melody.
