Nathan, Shilo’s father, is a Repo Man, a legal assassin. His job is to find people who haven’t paid their debts and take back what GeneCo gave them. He does not like this job, but acknowledges that someone has to do it, and that he should take this responsibility since he thinks he’s responsible for his wife’s death.
