Produced by SOPHIE, it was written in September 2015 and originally intended for Charli's scrapped third studio album, but was *not* going to appear on the final tracklisting—confirmed by the singer in an interview from late 2016: Charli says she hasn’t settled on a final tracklist yet, but she says the new material she debuted during a recent show likely won’t appear on the album. “‘Taxi’ won’t be on the album, ‘No Angel’ might be,” she says.
