"Surf City Eastern Bloc" (spelled "Surf City Eastern Block" on some pressings) is the B-side of the No Cars Go single from 2007. The lyrics are about illegally fleeing from the German Democratic Republic. The song also features the Hungarian orchestra and soldiers' choir from the Neon Bible recordings.
