“SUGAR” features vocal performances from four of the six vocal members of the group. The song also features a vocal contribution from American alternative singer Ryan Beatty. On the track, the members discuss topics such as hollow youthful relationships filled with drug use, as well as being there for their partner and wanting them by their side. The track was leaked prior to GINGER’s release, turning up on file sharing sites starting on June 21st, 2019, leading many fans to believe that this would be a single for the record.
