Melanie says the song was one of the first songs she wrote for the album. The song is about Cry Baby's peers in the K-12 film and how a lot of them do things they don't want for popularity. Cry Baby begins to feel pressured when she sees people being constantly judged for everything they say and how it usually ends in bullying.
