This song tells the classic tale of a young man, hoping to get some romantic attention from an attractive woman at a club. Although this woman would probably be underwhelming under different circumstances, in this scenario, she seems to him to be the perfect mate. Again, like lots of this album, about life in night clubs. “Still Take You Home” is the only song on an Arctic Monkeys album that features a writing credit for any other band member than Alex Turner.
