Spit was wrote in 1999. Joseph Fusco, Bill Norco, Dom Mrozek, and Shawn Fobes. Shawn wrote the rap parts in the song. Dom Mrozek wrote the lyrics and sung them on the CD. Joe wrote the music, and Bill wrote the backings. A long time friend of the band Lee Cummins recorded the second guitar track in the song. The song has a great live presents. Unfortunately Shawn Fobes (R.I.P.) died in 2003 from a drug overdose and never got to play it live. A long time friend Jason Norris
