Clocking in at under a minute, “Spiral” is the shortest song on "Marigold" and provides a sort-of self-care regimen for dealing with loss, a mantra to recite in dark moments, culminating in a message of self-love & acceptance. One can imagine Pinegrove frontman Evan Stephens Hall following a similar regimen during the band’s 2017 hiatus.
