Horn and piano heavy, South Carolina tells (from a few perspectives and time-frames) the tale of a fellow who was hit by a vehicle while riding his bicycle in South Carolina. Suffering injuries to his head and hand in the process, he later isn't sure how bad of a thing it was, given the insurance money he was granted by the accident and the high-life he now gets to live.
