Sorry Charlie is a song by Ween, released on the 1991 album The Pod. It was recorded during the later GodWeenSatan: The Oneness sessions between January to October 1990. When introducing the song on January 27th, 1998, Dean Ween said it was "about this dude named Chuck, who I used to know, and Chuck was gonna be quarterback at the university of Florida, but he broke his leg or some shit. So he came home and started selling pot."
