"Soldier Blue is about the riots at the Anti-Polltax Demonstration of March 31st 1990. The title is my name for the 25s - the SPG para-military shark eyes who get sent in whenever civil insurrection is imminent. But I'm not so thick as to blame them alone, though. That's just what this government would want. I also blame those A-holes who used the Anti-Polltax Demo to chuck a brick through a bank window or loot a stereo from Dixon's in Regent Street.
