"Smack That" is the lead single off of singer Akon’s second studio album, "Konvicted" released on September 26, 2006 and it features rapper Eminem who also produced the song. It was written by both artists alongside Luis Resto, the song's music video is a short clip remake from film "48Hrs". This video is first music video from Eminem where he shows off the ‘PROOF’-tattoo on his arm. The collaboration came about after the two artists met during a studio session for Shady Records rapper Obie Trice.
