In typical Tubes fashion, "Slipped My Disco" is a swipe at our culture and fads in the self-deprecating and humorous vein they have mastered. The lyrics and overacted vocals of Mr. Waybill belie the masterfully tight and funky rhythm of the bass and drums. This track's wonderfully, again in typical Tubes fashion, underrated.
