This is a cover of the Pink Floyd classic which was written by David Gilmour, Roger Waters and Rick Wright. The original version of Shine On You Crazy Diamond is featured on the album Wish You Were Here (1975). Most would agree that the song is written about former Pink Floyd band member Syd Barrett.
