This track was released in 1996 on Allen Saei's (Aubrey) label SOLID GROOVE records(UK) It was picked up by Derrik May(Detroit) for his mix up LP for Sony Japan then to Ministry of sound UK. It features a sample from the LP Shifting Gears by Johnny Hammond, the sample is looping backwards through the track and is a sought after track on the vinyl selling for around 50 usd.
