The last song on Avenged Sevenfold’s debut album. This song is about someone’s story with addiction and the way it devastated their life. It was theorized by fans that this song was about the band’s bassist at the time, Justin Meacham, also known as Justin Sane, who had overdosed on cough syrup in an attempt to commit suicide, but this occured in August or September 2001, months after the recording sessions for the album.
