Approximately seven hours after announcing his sixth commercial album—Dark Times—and its track list, Vince Staples dropped the surprise single “Shame On The Devil.” The song, in which Vince turns to God in the face of depression and loneliness, lays boom-bap drums over atmospheric, soulful, reverb-soaked production. A fifty-second promotional clip was released simultaneously.
