"Sexy Sadie" is a song written by John Lennon (credited to Lennon/McCartney) and recorded by The Beatles for their 1968 album The Beatles. Written during The Beatles' time in India, the song responds to rumours circulating at the time that the Maharishi had allegedly made a sexual advance towards actress Mia Farrow.
